Graduating from University of Melbourne Earth Sciences in the mid 90’s. Starting work in Western Australian goldfields as a mine and exploration geologist. His career moved from the technical into the analytical and financial across WMC and Rio Tinto. Including roles in Technical services and Mergers and Acquisitions in Rio Tinto London. Transitioning to Investment Banking in mining project financing, mining and commodities Credit Risk at Macquarie Bank.

Joshua is currently General Manager Operational and Technical Excellence at MMG here in Melbourne where he has held various positions in Commercial and Technical roles spread across the DRC, Australia and Peru.
