Frances has more than 25 years of experience in corporate affairs, marketing communications, sustainability and stakeholder engagement. She has been with BASF for over 13 years and held various corporate affairs positions in China and Germany before joining the Battery Metals Management responsible for marketing and advocacy.

Prior to BASF, Frances worked in both the public and private sectors in HK SAR and China mainland across different industries such as business consulting, healthcare, FMCG, automotive and cultural exchange programs.
