The need to simultaneously increase the pipeline of students moving into STEM careers, evolve tertiary curriculums to suit current and future needs, upskill new professionals faster than ever before, and cross-skill technical workforces between disciplines and commodities, is unprecedented.

How can the resources sector evolve our education and training systems to meet these needs and what fundamental changes must we make to ensure a safe and sustainable resources sector well into the future?
