Giulia is an industry leader in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), with over 13 years’ experience working in complex organisations, operating in challenging environments across the globe. As a senior leader specialising in relationship/stakeholder management and culture transformation, Giulia demonstrates a passion for the mining industry, specifically developing an engaged and diverse workforce based around creating inclusive environments, that both educate and support people and the wider communities in which they work.

Giulia holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Media and Communication, and Public Relations from Deakin University. In 2019, Giulia started a doctorate with Australian Institute of Business to complete a research degree exploring and providing deeper understanding for the industry on the specific challenges and opportunities of creating diverse and inclusion work environments.

Giulia is a Councillor for AusIMM’s Council for Diversity & Inclusion.
